Sahil, I’m 27 on my grind and really appreciate these videos. Please continue. Everyone is sleeping on these, YouTube and X.

What happens when you are in deep work and want to just keep going past a time block? Or a task takes longer than expected? Do you cut abruptly to the next block even if you are in flow? I struggle with that and find myself falling out of my scheduled blocks making the whole day out of wack because of this.
