Off season training boost for lvl 3 motivation is life

Im not sure if people have been testing it out but I have to an extent. Motivator tier 3 is insane to get the off-season training boost, especially if you stack it in accordance with your coordinators. The jump in overall your players take will be massive.

You're overlooking Motivator like a lot of these YouTubers idk why. Getting an off season boost to development is one of the best perks on here by far and consistently develops your entire roster or position group. Besides elite recruiting traits that was easily the most important thing to have. Strategist seemed like the biggest waste as visit boost don't seem like it matters neither does knowing a dev trait that late in the process. I also don't understand your purchases in program builder. Why are you buying perks for more xp when you're already at lvl 50 so there is no more coach xp to use? Or who needs more coach xp for changing jobs how often does that happen? When you could've purchased the one that improves your lowest pipeline by a grade that you would have year round

Honestly I take recruiting then do motivator for the off season xp gains and stack it with a cordinator but I am in a sim league. If talent unlocks I’ll also stack with that

I chose motivator. As a Michigan Man I refuse to be good at recruiting and it doesn’t take much wizardry to run the ball every play.
