This actually helps but im always cold(even in summer lol) but that's because i am always super skinny(i look like i have anorexia)but i was born four month early but great tips(especially when you have a high voltage heater)

Do laundry and let the dryer blow into the basement so your pipes dont burst

Keep a warm hat on, have a small blanket near your pillow while you sleep and cover your head with it if you feel cold, but be sure not to cover your nose and mouth.
