if you want an even younger chelsea body, you could also try the Obitsu 11 cm body, as that is shaped like a toddler and is fully articulated as well (single jointed at the elbows, but double jointed at the knees, and with joints at the ankle, wrist and torso)


it is between the new chelsea and old style chelsea in size and should be more sturdy than the pico neemo you tried.

The reason the body is $30 is because it is an azone brand, a japanese posable doll line that is more for display and photography more than play.
Also it isnt normal plastic and used for bjd.

The bed set is definitely a throwback to the bed Kelly, Chelsea's precursor, had years ago. I think it was Love 'n Care Kelly. Even the blanket is similar, with its rainbow theme. That's kind of cool, and a nice nod to her roots as Kelly, especially for someone like me who grew up with Kelly dolls.
