I notice that drinking almond milk, high protein with veggies, doing yoga daily, sunbathing and drinking fire cider has help me a lot. specially in these winter days I suffer the most because of the lack of sun and pollution. next I want to buy many plants to help purify the air of the house, any how thank you for this video, much appreciate!

All points very beautifully covered...a sincere request to Hansamaa to make a video on how to to study or find an out our respective allergies by giving real examples if possible etc..in d sense as in how to find out which food is affectin me or triggering my asthma thing ...how to find out this..
2) Effect of food stays with our body positive or negative way in how many hours or days on consumption ...if we r to study body reactions etc affecting us ....like say I consumed ginger juice d way Hansamaa mentioned in her other video...for how many hours or days this thing consumed stays on my body positively or negatively.. second eg...I m lately addicted to eating dhalia dhana roasted ...post food ..till how many hours effect of this consumption remains affecting our body positively or negatively...whatever..

I have mild asthma... Weekly once I have slight asthma attack, but I can do the daily routines, I can walk and talk... But still aa cheat tightness and shortness of breath hunting me, I will be so stressed at that time
I will definitely do this routine

I use Funtumia elastica capsules... but there is also a powder that you can mix into a smoothie which is great for kids... sorted out my asthma triggered by my cat.
