We are launching a new mini series looking at the main conditions and exercises to help individuals in the performing arts sector.

Today we are demonstrating our full stretching routine to help guitar players reduce the risk of injury and pain when playing.

As with all our videos we recommend getting your wrist, fingers and elbow joints assessed by a musckuloskeletal expert to determine the correct diagnosis for you and the best course of treatment, exercises and management!

Quick follow-up question: Would you recommend doing these stretches (1) before practicing, (2) after practicing, (3) both before and after practicing, or (4) on a daily basis even if you don't practice every day?
