My therapist first thought I was being paranoid but then she realised that my family is seriously stalking me and even has spies who immediately call them when they see me somewhere.
Their spies are stupid on top, I once got in shit for having a tattoo, my best guess is that I probably scribbled a note on my arm. I used to do that now I just forget everything I needed to get done.

My parents use to drive by my school and wait for dismissal to see if ill take the bus home straight after school (lol I did). They told me years later. I was like " why didn't drive me home then 😭 ?!?!"

I feel like if my parents knew how to use technology, they would have a tracking app on me just to make sure I didn't pass out somewhere and was just there on the floor dying and or getting swarmed by ants. My mom liked picking my clothes for me even if I was already working (and adulg already). One time she got this top/blouse that I hated so much. She gpt it because my previous work required us to wear something business casual once a week. But she also made me wear it even on the other days until one day the fabric got a hole from being ironed (she burnt it with an iron). That made me really happy.

Growing I can say I have a hard time making choices (not all the time) because my mom would for most part dislike my choices.

All my friends (except me) have like this app on their phone, with wich parents can see: where you are, what you are doing on your phone, how long you have been on your phone, who you messaged, and what you messaged. They know literaly everything about you. It's kinda creepy.

My parents and I (and my sister) use Find My Friends to see where we are in real time. It's super helpful when we are traveling to visit one another, so we can see how far away they are and when they might arrive. I never saw this as an issue, since my parents aren't controlling. I can see why some would rather their parents never know where they are.

My parents specially my mom, will tell us when I'm at my friend's dorm after class.
"oh you stay/sleep there already. It's already late and I'm sleeping already."
And all the time she's also like "I already left the back door open. I'm sleeping already don't disturb me."


Lol my sister and I usually initiates and ask our mom if she's going to look for us coz it's already 3am or 4am and we're still out hahahahhahaha lol

That's toxic parents, my mother was like that, "I see you all the time, and if you don't see me, someone I know sees you and report s to me" I changed multiple school s and even lived with my dad since 12 and she would always try to induce fear in me like that so that I wouldn't do shit. Though it was normal though, but now I know she's just a controlling bitch haha
