Total trip cost for '$1' Porter Airlines flight to Montreal

I recently flew to Montreal on a $1 promo with Porter Airlines. This is the total cost of the trip including the extra day as Porter cancelled my first flight home.

Wow. What a rip off. I'm really sorry to hear that. You could have gone to Mexico or Cuba with that money Lol. Plus Montreal is so empty in winter not worth visiting. Nothing to do here. Toronto is better during winter.

Sorry you had that (unfortunately all-too-common) disappointing experience - but at least you got to see "real" winter in Montreal ... next time, try visiting Quebec City, you'll love it.

That's a very inflated dollar! will they pay you for the cancellation expenses? I took Porter to NYC (thanks for the recommendation!) and I had a good experience.

Sounds like they offer you a cheap fare which is good out of one pocket, then they knock you over your head and while your unconscious they go through your pockets for more money.

If Porter canceled the flight they are responsible to pay for any transport to and from the hotel as well as the hotel itself especially it was not weather related
