Airport Closed, but can you Transfer from Train to Bus there?

After I posted a video whether it was possible to transfer between buses at the airport when it was closed during this period (13 May - 13 June 2021), I received some comments asking if it was possible to transfer between the MRT and Bus. That is exactly what we will find out in this video..
