This is less about an HPS nerf and more about making evoker much less interesting to play. Its a shame Blizzard isnt more imaginative in their solutions regarding healer HPS equity.

I just wish they would buff other healers. This kind of gameplay is something I really enjoy about evoker. This feels like a huge nerf to me. TA already chunks your mana, it should be really good for the amount of mana and positioning it requires

I'm so sick of playstyle nerfs. Either buff all other healers or nerf evoker hps. I might just stop playing wow now. There is no healer play style that interests me right now

I don´t have a problem with nerfs... But i don´t like that you have to play the class in a different way because of the nerfs... It´s not that easy for everyone to change your playstyle from patch to patch especially when your CDs change that much... 42% to (what was it?) 12%? That´s massive... And it´s not that it´s that easy to apply if you want to ramp up correctly... But again: I don´t have a problem with nerfs i just don´t like it if the way to play the class changes that much...

The class is still going to be competitive, just harder to master. I really hope they don't force emerald blossom build down our throats. But overall they missed the point, there are healers that just don't have any util or use in most Mythic progress/ M+ progress groups. It is really dumb how people say evokers need to be nerfed but forget that it won't actually make other healers better, they will still be shitty.

Rip to evoker. With our reduced range we NEED to be high HPS or else you have a healer that’s mid tier and clunky. Why ever play evoker when there will be better healers HPS that won’t feel clunky

4:32 absolutely massive nerf lol. This is worthy of leveling my alts and putting evoker on the bench

Feeling kinda boxed in with nowhere to turn at this point.... Lifebind + Emerald Communion isn't even a viable option anymore (18%??).... blanketing the raid fully in echoes is severely nerfed (even with single cast TA plus 3 TA in stasis THAT ALSO HAS TO ACTUALLY HIT EVERYONE 100% is only 16 echoes).... and yet our tier piece only applies to reversion builds... So an emerald blossom build doesn't make sense.... but the reversion build with Emerald Communion as a Raid CD is dead.... It seems now the only mathematically coherent build is the Nozdormu teaching, regular echo, high crit reversion build... feels like we're being pushed into this form of playing. Give us a more generic tier set bonus, or give flat healing nerfs that don't mess with playstyle (leave TA echo amount alone). Taking away our choice because now it's objectively bad... feels bad.

I think my issue with the nerfs is that it is so many nerfs all at once. Even if they didnt nerf the TA echo application and Lifebind interaction to 18%, the TA nerf from 6 to 4 is already gonna severely hamper spreading echos even with TA in stasis. Not to mention theres the absorption nerf too. Then on top of that the next tier set doesnt even synergize nearly as well with the TA style as the current tier set does. Were losing the tier set, the amount of TA Echos we can put out, AND the amount of healing we can get from those echos is serverely reduced.

I understand Prevoker needed to be nerfed a bit but this is crazy. Initially its seeming that TA style evoker will not be viable this next tier and instead EB builds will have to be utilized. I didnt pick Prevoker to play EB. Its a clunky unfun ability. I literally feel like Im crapping green eggs on the floor. Dont nerf a style into oblivion because its too strong, tone it back a bit instead. OR bring the other healers up that are struggling hard like Disc priest.

The ramping + setup with Ta and echos and all the combos inside of that was what made Prevoker fun. Being shoehorned into EB builds is NOT fun.

this manually applying echo playstile was my first approach playing evoker and it was like you said a clunky playstyle and it was no fun at all, if they leave it like this i will kick my evoker in the trash bin and master my disc priest, its a lot more fun to be honest

As Evoker, I'm not mad at the nerfs tbh. Coming from other healers, the kit feels like cheating. Blizz won't take away our 20 mobility and defense tools, so I accept having one heavy "disc priest ramp up raid CD" nerfed, that Blizz didn't seem to intend.

I don't get why ppl say to buff 5 healer's throughput when 1 is clearly ahead and can be nerfed. For utility/mobility/survivability, sure consider buffing specific classes. But throughput?
