Thanks for this video. I want to respectfully (partially) disagree with one point: I think there is a lot of value in being straight with someone if they ask you why and trying to put your finger on the answer even if it's evasive. A person talking with their mouth full is literally the scenario of my last date, hahahaha--and is a huge "no" for me! If he had asked at the end of the date or in a follow-up text for feedback, I would tell him the things that turned me off. Why? Because then you know and can decide if you want to change it. I would also be curious as to why he was so dismissive of me ( he let me know the date was over by taking out his computer and starting to work!). A guy I dated for a month in my 20's did indulge me in that can of worms and gave me some feedback that STILL serves me today when I think about what I am projecting. Taken too far, it's unproductive or hurtful, but it can be useful.

I find if I'm compliant and understanding he stays but if I say no cuz of how he treats me he starts pushing away. and being disinterested and I love him so I become a door mat and he takes of advantage that I love him. But overall how do I say no of a guy I love that I'm not in a relationship with.
