Congrats Jan and goodluck with everything! Kasim, random question. I heard John talk about running 25 performance max campaigns in one account (high spending) is it broken down anywhere as to how that works and the best way to set those campaigns up?

Working 8h just for visibility of working is just killing me, especially when you forced to be in the office so your manager see you, I quit my first ppc manager work because of that - I've worked on a small project and I worked 3-4 hours a day max, other time I was just sitting there and wasted my time. Also, loved question about languages, here in Europe knowing 3-4 languages is a bare minimum😀

I really enjoyed this episode on a personal level, the description of Jan, @janslovnik8081, resonated with me greatly. I recently launched my own LLC for digital marketing consulting, but I do specialize in Google ads/ecosystem products. Hearing about the first client barrier and overall mentality of Jan trying to earn independence through his own talents and technical knowledge is exactly what I'm trying to do. All of which to say, I appreciate the encouragement from Kasim regarding the free lance ideation many of us likely go through. Client expectations are so hard to manage when you're just a tactician or part of a larger team which makes things like modern (AI powered) Google Ads so hard to communicate.
