You need a Hoya Multiflora. Mine has had almost continuous blooms. It’s grown over 6 inches this summer. I had to give it a new stake. It put out three peduncles in one spot. But only one is going to bloom this time. And it’s still putting out new leaves. It’s not a vining plant. It’s easily a foot tall. And growing. I love this Hoya.

Something to think about with your Hoya Heuschkeliana Outer Variegated . . . My Hoya Krohniana Silver had a vine that went limp like your HHOV. Repotting didn't solve it. I ended up cutting it off and cutting it into smaller segments, then soaked it for a couple of days until the cuttings perked up, then planted them back in with the rest of the plant. That worked and the cuttings took. If I were doing it again, I think I'd try to root the cuttings first in perlite before potting them back in with the mother just for extra survival insurance.
