It is located in the Khlong Lan National Park, Kamphaeng Phet Province.

It is another popular tourist destination for Kamphaeng Phet residents. It is the most beautiful waterfall in this forest and has a beauty that ranks first among all the waterfalls in Thailand.

Khlong Lan Waterfall originated from the Khun Khlong Lan Mountain Range, which has a height of 1,439 meters above sea level. Above the waterfall cliff is a broad plain.

In the rainy season, the river flows from about 5 different streams into a basin in the middle of the valley. Formed into a deep water palace and a river about 3 kilometres long, it flows through the cliff into Khlong Lan Waterfall, 100 meters high, about 40 meters wide. Under the waterfall is a large pool where you can swim. 500 meters from the National Park office

It's below 0° Centigrade right now, 7:00 a.m. in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia: we have an Arctic cold blast on the way. I lived on the economy and spoke Thai exceedingly well, having spoken another tonal language as an infant to later childhood. So I picked up Thai faster. Traveled extensively on my own all over and, big help, I was big into Boy Scouting! I may return. My wife has passed and I would like to see how the World has changed.
