My rules:
1: NEVER hide in the closet while playing hide and seek. 𒀱 will find you.

2: NEVER be staring directly in the mirror for more than 10 seconds. They dont like being stared at.

3: Be split into 2 groups each. Being near eachother is necessary.

4: DO NOT flick the living room lights on and off for 20 seconds. The light will stop working for a few, and you wont know what is lurking.

5:NEVER go in the basement at night. They will be playing with puppets. If you interact with them or get in their range of sight. You WILL be easily slaughtered and used as a puppet.

6: Always have salt on you. They dont like salt. Always put a circle of salt around you.

7: When home alone- turn off every single light except the living room, and your bedroom.

8: Never wear BLACK. It is a forbidden color in this house.

9: If you see any black marks or stains- DO NOT TOUCH THEM. they will get you.

10: When waking up, go into the kitchen right away to have food. It *IS* necessary.

11: DON'T stare at the living room light for more than 10 seconds. All the lights will go off, so beware of your surroundings after the blackout for how long it lasts.

12: ALWAYS check on the basement. If there is 1 set of blue eyes, its safe to go in if playing hide and seek. IF THERE IS 2 OR MORE SETS OF BLUE EYES, RUN OUT OF THERE AND LOCK THE BASEMENT DOOR.

Okay so first of, why would Melanie be punished for going into the bathroom without permission? Shes already 9 so im guessing she’s old enough to go to the bathroom by herself, why would she need to ask permission? And plus, the maid never stated that they need to ask permission from her to go
