What are some other training strategies for a wide individual who is compressed A to P in both the pelvis and the thorax who has lost hip bilaterally IR to try to regain the ability to reorient the ilium and move it relative to the sacrum?

I review the thorax and pelvis shape associated with the wide infrasternal angle archetype client or athlete. I then explain how you would select training strategies that you would use to recapture or improve shoulder and hip rotation.

Bill, what if that persons pelvic is forward, and his rectus abdominis depress his sternum.
Wouldn't the strategy opposite to what you said?
Because we have thoracic forward orientation / sternum depressed because of this.
Isnt the first strategy for this, relax your rectus ab.?

So, wide or narrow you suggest trying side lying exercise. ?

Hi Bill,

When you talking about using campos and the wide stance HE squat variation to address IR limitation due to PL compression- is this something you would use early on in later game wides? The wide stance is where their ER is then you capture some eccentric orientation due to the hip flexion? With the campo do you de-emphasize any type of turn as that would just drive more orientation?
