im lost like i go onto this persons website and canada is free. but then i switch it to USA and different parts of the USA and or even outside of USA and it automatically changes the shipping rate for you and it just Adds onto the price. how does he do thos?

Because of this shipping rates and custom rate tutorials I have deleted up to 4 shopify store, very hard complicating. I wish shopify can set them up automatically 😮
