I had to resign my jobs because of this toxic environment you have explained here sir. Despite having and rewarded for excellent problem solving skills in the organisations, I had to resign from my job because of these nonsense behaviour. I can’t pretend to be someone just to flatter my manager male or female, attend a party every weekend drink to your throat and come at 12 in the midnight, also I can’t put some one else down to get the credit for me. Having integrity and self respect is equally important as getting a good salary. I would rather sit at home doing nothing or starting something on my own than getting into all these, it’s just shows your upbringing. You don’t have to sell yourself and your values for money and status be it 2 lakhs or 2 million. It is this disgusting behaviour by few girls which is making men to feel and expect the same from other good girls as well.
