Your handwriting looks great, but fountain pens aren’t all meant to flex like that. Especially at that angle - however much force you’re using is dragging one tine across the page, which over time will bring it out of alignment. Throughout the video you can hear audible sounds of the nib struggling - definitely not a good thing.
It’s your pen, but when I see videos where a fountain pen is misused often people won’t realize that the pen is being or has been damaged, and try it for themselves not knowing this.
A fountain pen requires very little to no pressure to write. A good one will usually write under its own weight if you hold it at the end and drag the nib across a piece of paper.
If you’d like to get into calligraphy using a proper flex nib, they have a lot more range than a conventional fountain pen with a nib that’s intended to be rigid. I highly suggest you look into one, or a dip pen set meant for flex.
I myself haven’t gotten more than a Noodler’s Ahab as a flex nib, but there are many people more educated in it than myself and you can find video guides to which might be good for you.

Why do I hear the sound of tines dragging on paper and being forced to flex? This really hurts the nib. It definitely does hurt when around 3:36 the pen is sideways and you are forcing open the tines so ink would come out from that awkward position.

I think in general you are trying to flex a nib that's not meant to be flexed that much, and also doing it at bad angles.
