Hi, Steve. I just used your video (and the one like it from a number of years ago) to figure out why my down comforter (at least 11 years old) would not stop shedding superfine down particles. I held it up to the light, and, voilà, all the down from this medium weight comforter was missing just where you said it would be. It had been abraded so much that individual filaments were no longer attached to the quill and were filling the duvet liner and cover with virtual dust. Out it went. I wish you had a clearance or resale section on your webpage; your products look amazing but are well outside the price range of this average joe.

Can you describe how to store your down comforter? I have been pushing it into a plastic bim. Perhaps I have been crushing it? thanks
