Beautiful home! Yeah for finally having some pull outs for the pantry cabinets, that way you don't have to dig for your grocery supplies. A few things I would want to change: The covered patio needs a door somewhere on the side. I would hate to have to roll up the screen everytime someone wants to go to the pool or yard. Outdoor bathroom needs a shower. The water station for the dog is cute, but impractical. The door to the laundry room would have to stay open 24/7 for the dog to have access to water. Wish some of these homes would have a doggy bath station. Also an elevator would be nice - who wants to haul laundry up and down the stairs with four bedrooms upstairs. Wet bar in the tv room needs a dishwasher and place for glasses etc. Lastly - I would move the wetbar and wine storage to the front parlor and close in the "tea room" and make that an office for household stuff. I would definitely take it without the changes if it were gifted to me! 🙂

It amazes me that they build these extravagant homes on a postage stamp. Right on the street, close neighbors. At least me, , , I’d like some privacy to enjoy the place.

This house is way over priced by $3.5M dollars. That's no way this is a $5M+ home. Somebody is getting ripped off.

This home has many admirable features. The front entrance is unique, as it effectively minimizes empty space while still creating a welcoming entryway. Depending on personal taste, one might have differing opinions about the positioning of the tea nook and wet bar. The light fixtures throughout the house are beautiful, although they lean towards a more feminine style.

Furthermore, the nook next to the pool's half bath could be better used as a shower, or the property might benefit from having a separate full pool house or guest house. I recommend reorienting the patio grill station to an island style, allowing the grill master to enjoy the game without having to turn their back on it.

Overall, I appreciate the attention to detail and the range of amenities in this house. It’s nearly perfect for hosting multiple families, as each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and there are ample common spaces for gatherings.

Great-looking home! I loved how the outside was dark but the inside contained so many light colors. My only thoughts are maybe changing up the placement of the bath tub in the master bathroom. I didn't like how close to the wall it was. I'd make sure the barn gate goes to the floor in the backyard to avoid easy access for critters. The pet fill-up station would need some kind of drain. I'd also make sure the gym room and the front of the wetbar upstairs wasn't carpet. Also, the front windows would need auto blinds or the electronic fog glass.

I do like how every bedroom has it's own bathroom and the additional 1/2 bathrooms plus the outdoor space I Think is done very well and do like how it is all done. The garage access from out side and the locking door between them is great.

Beautiful property. However the entrance to the home did not exude the $5M wow factor I was anticipating.

I like that the master bedroom doesn't open up directly into the living area. And I like the stairs being away from the front door and living area so that people can go up and down without going through the living room, especially if there are guests there. Doors in the upstairs TV/game room keeps noise from filtering downstairs.

I would add a way to access the pool without having to raise the screen. And the lack of counter space in the kitchen is a drawback.

This is a piece of art. Every surface is meticulously shaped and installed. I think that front door is amazing. The only thing I would change is to build out wall so that the dining room is open only on the living room side.
