The first time I heard Miche Braden was on the cover of Sweet child o'mine and I loved it, but this is a wonder just hearing the piano caught me and its interpretation, with that powerful voice left me speechless

I first discovered PMJ about 2 yrs ago and have been blown away repeatedly by the talent Scott Bradlee is able to recruit. With this level of talent out there please explain to me how the Brittany Spears and the Miley Cyress's of the world become popular while these artist go practically unknown?

I love how the piano gets, at best, shaped, like the song. Its not got the same chords or chord structure, certainly does t have familiar notes. The piano is playing a totally different song, making the voice and the lyrics the only part that come back to to the song we all know.

Love PMJ. Other day I checked out a version of Purple Rain by Nina Simone which was good. This version reminded me of elements of that.

One of the ones I've really been diggin on lately is a cover of David Bowie's "Life on Mars" with a lady named Olivia Kuper Harris. It's so good. She even mimics a muted trumpet with her freakin mouth. It's so good!

You should do Postmodern Jukebox's Dream On with Morgan James. Also Royals or All the Small Things with Puddles Pity Party (he's a clown but its worth the listen).

It amazes me how PMJ seem to be able to make the original that they cover seem like a cover of their original only not as good. Hope that makes sense.
