Hello Mr. Charlie. It just crossed my mind that I made this recipe for my dad back in 2020. I used shrimp instead of crawfish. My dad was in his final stages of kidney failure and had been suffering for a few years. There weren’t many foods that he was allowed to have and he didn’t have much of an appetite most of the time. I made this for him and he told me it was perfect. He was a very picky eater so that made me so happy. Now I get emotional all over again every time I think about it. Thank you so much for helping me create one of my last good memories with my father before his passing. You are absolutely amazing at what you do ❤️

The truth the truth the truth, yo I'm from New York originally and my grandparents are from New Orleans and use to visit every summer as a child... when I got old enough I moved to New Orleans and got voodooed😁(meaning the good food and the women) I ain't been back to New York since!😁
