Who finds it offensive? My dad had dementia, and I visited him all the time, and saw how the employees of the nursing home talked to him. They would talk like these people here, with compassion but also amusement at some of the silly things he'd say sometimes, and when I'd point it out to my dad, we'd laugh together about it.
I was not offended one bit when I saw this ad, I just laughed so hard coz we all know Trump will be so triggered by it, because he views mental decline as a weakness and not for what it is, a reality that unfortunately happens, but that we have to accept. It does not mock people with dementia, it just basically recognizes that Trump may actually have dementia or symptoms of it, and that he may just not be fit for such an important 4-years job now that he's declining.
