LH you urgently need to turn your service quality and offering around to get back to where you once were! I live in FRA and fly LH a lot, especially on short/mid haul. But I would really like to be proud again of our national carrier. Currently you are being outperformed by several international airlines. Hope you get this sorted soon!

That will not change the fact, that Lufthansa become a crappy airline with bad service, badly served food and a horrible millage system. They will have a heavy issue with thier business seat reservations as their are too many possible seat combinations .. prices will increase for their "new" classes and they will not get their five star rating back. They just spoiled it with their Senators and Hons in the past years, we are already with other Airlines and Aliances and we get treated better than ever with LH..

U should see and try the headsets given in premium class! Foodservice everything is worse than most economy classes including business class with no mattress cover and cold served breakfast.

I’m sorry, but the hard product is terrible. Just flew the new Allegris Premium Economy yesterday and the experience was fantastic, except for the awful seat. Let me be clear: the concept is wonderful and the hard shell works, but the actual seat itself is dreadful. The seat is woefully lacking in padding, the seat back is not sculpted properly and necessitates a back pillow (but of course the one given is too thick for this purpose), and the leg rest, while great, when fully extended in full recline leaves no room for a human foot between it and the hard shell in front of you. And then there is the recline function…or better said, slide function. On our A350-900 ORD-MUC there wasn’t an empty seat in this cabin and a solid half, maybe more, of people couldn’t figure it out or didn’t have the strength to slide forward. Oh, and the headrest just slid right back down for all passengers.

This is a real shame, given the outstanding service, delicious meal (salmon over cauliflower rice: 👨‍🍳😘chef’s kiss, and top notch IFE.
