I know Snowden is incredibly intelligent but I don't think portraying him as a genius among his work fellows was necessary or even that accurate... at the end of the day, what he did was a reflection of how committed he stayed to his values, not how much smarter he was than everyone else.

It's funny how in movies they always add those cool sound effects on computers. Computers aren't really beeping like that on the command line, let alone in a classroom setting. That'd just drive everyone nuts. Also, when you "ls" in a command line, the file listing doesn't scroll in, it just appears lol

As someone who works with devs that write code... it's generally a lot of typing with headphones on, minimal chatter, eating snack foods, and yawns/stretches... there's no cool music, no dramatic looks at the screen like "YEES I GOT IT WORKING" or looking around like you beat everyone (or other devs looking at you wondering what you're doing).. I at least appreciate this movie for making it look less ridiculous than Swordfish/Hackers (although both fun movies).
