omg I am a month deep into my first full time design job coming from a marketing background and I have been feeling all of these things every minute since I started NO JOKE there is nothing truer than glad I'm not alone

I experience imposter syndrome particularly recently with a new management job. It’s just a confidence thing that causes it and just have to keep telling yourself that you can achieve the same as the next person, as you most probably can if you’re already at that point in your life with your chosen career path. You can use it to your advantage and in fact it probably makes you more contentious than colleagues/competitors. That’s my take on it anyway, and hope what I’ve suggested makes some sense!
