Outstanding for You !! I learned the same lesson years ago in the construction business. I worked and learned as a sub-contractor for the BIG Builders on how to become a Home Builder myself. I did that. Also, joined the Military Reserve and kept my civilian job. It all worked out and I am now retired w/ a 6 figure yearly retirement income. Home is paid for, all Porsches and BMW's are paid for. You too will do the same !! Congrats and Carry On !! my friend ! BTW, then my bud and I started a used car lot. And used the same thinking learned from past experience and made money again..

I now regret watching this video after clicking the “start your dealership” link only to realize I didn’t want to spend $2, 000😂😂 hey man I’m all for it, I’m sure plenty of people are paying for it and you’re ballin! Best advice out there is learn the area market you are aiming to sell to. And always cover your tracks and do sales legally. Dont let quick cash with title jumps, or reduced price bill of sale hook ups end your career early!

As a car dealer in this current market, this is the worst time to get into the business. Cars are at an all time high because franchise dealers are not getting new inventory in due to chip shortages. Franchise is now buying at wholesale auction we’re used dealers are buying so the vehicles prices are now going for retail and they’re only being purchased to make back end profit ( intersect rates etc…) as well as to fill up there empty lots. I call it bs “work when I want too”. Rent doesn’t stop, utilities don’t stop, insurance doesn’t stop…. You take time off, your overhead just gets further away. How do you suppose those bills get paid when you took time off?

I buy hundreds of thousands in vehicles and is tougher than people think, these auctions are dumping grounds for unwanted vehicles, with low used vehicle inventories dealers are not dumping good vehicles at auctions.
But hey go ahead try and see it's tougher than it looks been at it for years.
