You can replace the EVOO with Olives. So you get more (or at least the same amount of) Polyphenols but with less calories and money spent

Best thing I did for myself in my mid 30s was be in a 3 year relationship with a Spaniard.. Mediterranean diet is hands down the healthiest I’ve been on and I’m an EVOO snob now and it’s central to my diet along with fresh Whole Foods and a little jamón for good measure (not the best I know!). The relationship didn’t last but I sure got beneficial lifestyle changes out of it! 💪🏽

The only issue is that EVOO has an insane amount of phthalates compared to all other foods, including seed oils! It’s because of the extraction and processing

i live in greece and i have my own olive trees and i produce my own olive oil in fact we have won competitions as well... everybody knows greek olive oil is the best. i never drink it, it goes well with food and greek salad

I got myself some but god damn i cannot stand its taste with any of my meals, fortunately I get a nice kick out of taking a tablespoon shot directly instead haha that firey flavour wakes me up for sure! I also did my own lab test with the Snake oil, my spanish friend tried it and confirmed it passed the vibe check😂
