Ingredients
400 gm
1 bay leaf
3 medium onion
3 medium tomato
6-7 cloves of garlic
1 inch ginger
Garam masala
Salt
1 tsp Red chilli powder
12 Cashews
Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan add add bay leaf. Add 1/2 chopped onion and sauté till golden
2. Grind 2.5 onion, garlic and ginger. Add this paste in the pan
3. Add salt and red chill powder.
4. Make tomato paste and add it to the pan
5. Now keep cooking this till oil is released.
6. Grind cashews (add water when grinding) and add the paste.
7. After 5 mins, add paneer, water and garam masala. Cook this for 5 mins and it’s done
