Ingredients
400 gm
1 bay leaf
3 medium onion
3 medium tomato
6-7 cloves of garlic
1 inch ginger
Garam masala
Salt
1 tsp Red chilli powder
12 Cashews

Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan add add bay leaf. Add 1/2 chopped onion and sauté till golden
2. ⁠Grind 2.5 onion, garlic and ginger. Add this paste in the pan
3. ⁠Add salt and red chill powder.
4. ⁠Make tomato paste and add it to the pan
5. ⁠Now keep cooking this till oil is released.
6. ⁠Grind cashews (add water when grinding) and add the paste.
7. ⁠After 5 mins, add paneer, water and garam masala. Cook this for 5 mins and it’s done
