Sorry for a dumb questions, what exactly will this do?? let me tell you my situation. I have a google workspace with three emails in it that I pay 7.20 a month per email. it must have been set up with an old account when I had CPanel or something through InMotion, but recently I’m not sure why people have said they have been having problems send me email. I’m still paying 7.20 a month, I’m not sure what is wrong. Do I need to do above to fix my issue? Connect my google workspace account with my email addresses to my CPanel that I just bought?

So how did you get all of this information? All google told me to do was From the Type drop-down list, select MX.
In the Name/Host/Alias field, enter @ or leave it blank.
Use the values in the table below to add the Google MX record in the Server/Mail field.
