🍗Honey Glazed Chicken:
14 drumsticks
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup honey
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp kosher Salt
1 tsp Pepper
2 tsp granulated garlic
1&1/2 tsp granulated onion
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp parsley
Preheat oven to 350° (180°c) and lightly grease
a baking dish. Place chicken in dish. Add
everything else to a bowl and stir. Pour over
chicken. Cover dish tightly and place in the oven for 1 hr. After 1 hr,
uncover the dish, baste chicken with the
accumulated juices and cook for another 25-30
basting every 6/7 min to achieve maximum stickiness.

🥩Rack Of Ribs:
Season with Montreal Steak Seasoning, S/P, Cumin, Coriander, onion soup mix. To the top as in 1/4 Cup Of brown sugar. Cook covered for 3-4 hours at 350F.

🥩Brisket Recipe:
Add ingredients to taste.
Salt
Pepper
Cumin
Coriander
Steak Seasononig
1 tbsp Onion Soup Mix
Brown sugar
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Water

🐠Salmon Fish:
1 (3-3½ lb) side of salmon
2 tsp sea salt
½ tsp coarsely ground black pepper
¾ cup pure pomegranate syrup
1/2 Cup Date Syrup
⅔ cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 lemons, sliced
1 acorn squash halved, seeded, and cut
into half moons
2 Tbsp olive oil, plus more for the pans

Bake at 425 for 10 minutes. Bast with marinade and bake for an additional 5 minutes, repeat the process 1 more time. Garnish with greens of choice.

🍥Pastries:
2.5 cups of all purpose flour
1.5 cups of almond flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tsp of Vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2 sticks = 226 grams of margarine or butter

In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients.
Knead the dough and bring it together. Split the dough into 3 equal parts. Roll out
one ball at a time to about 1/4 inch thick and fill it with whatever filling you love. Roll up your dough into a log and set aside.
Do the same for the two remaining balls. You can
use different filling for each. Bake
in a preheated oven at 350° for about 25-30
minutes till golden brown. Allow them to cool and dust with powdered sugar.

Raspberry Oat Bars:
4 cups flour
2 cups instant oats
1½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp kosher salt
1 cup oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup dark brown sugar + 1 cup
light brown sugar (OR 1½ cups dark
brown + ½ cup white)
24 oz (680 g) raspberry jam

Preheat oven to 350°F
Combine all the above ingredients expect for the jam.
Remove 2½ cups of the crumb mixture; reserve for the top.
Press remaining mixture into the sheet pan.
Once crumb layer is spread out, use a spoon to gently spread jam over the entire
top.
Sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture over the top.
Bake for about 40 minutes until the top is golden and the jam is bubbling on the
sides.
Remove from oven, cool for 15 minutes, then use a sharp knife to cut into bars.
Cool on baking pan until completely cooled!
Freezes well!!

My husband and myself are retired and after watching this video my husband woke up to me making your pastries at 2AM! I was having one of my sleepless nights so I decided to watch your video and that led to me making the pastries lol. My husband and I was sitting at our table at 3:30 having coffee and pastries lol.
