Oh man, people are coming up with all sorts of panic because the 2NLs have not been sent yet. So - let me explain what I think is going on and also explain how to consider how far your embassy might go in scheduling.

Update: Zagreb was a bad choice to show as it has transferred work to Frankfurt - but the process could be the same for a very quiet embassy.

I do have one other "stupid" question, when you said there will be only 55k visas, and we are now only at 61k so they still have a lot of inverviews, please explain i dont think the refusal precentage is that big..?

My 2nl came in in May 31 and my interview went through on the 09 of Juiy, less than 2 months.
Another person had 2nl on June 13 and with interview on August 27 but she was later rescheduled on July 27.

Please can you see what's going on for the Democratic Republic of Congo? The embassy in this country is not scheduling interviews. I have case number 18k, 20k who are not scheduled till now

All Croatian cases have been- at the beginnig of May- ( along with all other EU cases from south- eastern EU countries (Slovenia, Czechoslovakia, Greece, Cyprus...etc) unfortunately for some unknown reason transferred and assigned to Frankfurt embassy in Germany. So that Is why there has been no cases From January.The new rule was strict and embassy did not allow any negotiation about it.

Hello Simon, I believe that some DV Lottery 2024 winners may not receive their second notification letters (2NLs) because their DS-260 applications might not be qualified. I'm not sure if my thoughts are correct or not. Please provide your feedback on this matter.
