Thank you for the fantastic channel.  Do you know of any way to conditionally format a pivot table by the lowest 3 values in each column of a multi column pivot?  For instance, I have a pivot table that shows sales data for 10 stores for each month of the year (each month is a column in the pivot, each store is a row).  I'd like to have a conditional format within the pivot that highlights the top 3 stores by month within the pivot.  I've tried to use the conditional formatting manage rules dialog box, but it doesn't seem to work correctly.  Thanks.
