This is a sub dps razor tho. The best carry elec razor would be 4 TF + xq for sure. Its enables razor to spam the E during his Q

Bro I legit pulled almost a hundrdd times for razor but now I got c6 bennett and c4 rosaria but no razor....

In actual fact for electro build Razor thundersoother is a better choice. Especially with unforged giving high atk%.
