quite an issue the fact that you cannot place the rotation to 0 degrees. But thanks a lot for the tutorial, extremely informative.
I feel that this shows one of the many limitations of Revit.

Revit does not allow angle measurement at the beginning of the rectangle and the end of the rectangle
How do you do that?
