A method to make a first coat of varnish much less bumpy.
You take a cabinet scraper and use it to produce a very fine surface finish very rapidly.
I use Varnish on projects that I care about. It has a much longer level of durability compared to laquer. Better resistance to household cleaners and also water damage.
