Why are they burnt. Because the cold is dangerous for trees and plants and humans and too many bugs and worms which can survive in cold. Also diseases spread fast. Especially water is frozen deep to create earthquakes and normal temperature is necessary. Could lead to water scarcity.

Keep buying Electric Vehicle's (EV's) Reasons on why we're in Drought Conditions.

A. Electric Vehicle's (EV's) fires 🔥
a. Dousing at minimum 5 hours, thus Drought Conditions.
b. Gas cars only burn for 1 hour and are not as hot.
B. Bonus on collision all electronics die, and forget about electronic door openers. Tesla's windows don't break with heavy industrial Hammers. You have to kick 5 or more times to bend window out.

2. Recycling ♻️ Centers were 4 in the United States 🇺🇸. For Lithium-Ion Batteries 🔋 Packs.
A. In 2024
a. Phoenix Arizona April location burned 🔥 10 days of dousing water and foam. Drought Conditions.
