Part A - Identification of the pathogen

The various methods used to identify the fungus causing Fusarium wilt in banana by Altus Viljoen of Stellenbosch University in South Africa. The presentation was prepared for the masterclass on Fusarium wilt of banana held in November 2020. The masterclass was organized by the Alliance of Bioversity-CIAT and IITA in the framework of ProMusa and funded by the CGIAR Research Program on Roots, Tubers and Bananas.
