Imagine balls of fluffy mashed potatoes wrapped around savory, creamy cheese and deep-fried until they’re beautifully golden. Served with ketchup and mayo, they’re the perfect finger food for any time of the day. Ingredients:
2 cups boiled & mashed potatoes
1/2 cup cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp mixed herbs
4 tbsp. corn starch

For coating:
Egg
Corn flakes

Method:
Boil and mash the potatoes. Add in the cheese and all the seasonings. Mix well.

Roll them into balls of about 2-3 tbsp. each.

Dip in beaten egg and coat completely with crushed corn flakes.

Fry in a medium hot oil until golden brown .

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
