I spent a week with the 2022 Chevrolet Equinox RS AWD and it was interesting! I put about 200 miles on it and during that time I came away with a few takeaways.

1. It's doesn't make much power and definitely could use more.
2. The seats are very narrow.
3. It's very roomy in the backseat and cargo spaces.
4. It gets excellent fuel economy.
5. It's very safe.

The Equinox faces tough competition, but for the right buyer, I think the Equinox RS AWD makes a lot of sense.

I bought my 2019 Equinox that was coming off a 39 month lease. Its FWD with the sunroof, roofracks and the 8 inch touchscreen. The retail price brand new was 33k, I paid $20 grand for the vehicle with less than 20k miles. It drives as well or better than any SUV in its class.

I've been thinking about getting a new vehicle (possibly an Equinox) but the more I see videos like this, the more I think I'm going to go with a Mazda Cx5/50. Thanks for the honest video.

I have had this Equinox for the last 2 months now. We looked at the CRV yes more power but has a CVT which doesnt help and no control of the all wheel drive function. The CRV being heavy was slower than the Equinox. The Hondas infotainment just plain sucks lol. It was slow unresponsive. I dont find this that slow and the power seems to be decent. The options of the RS was much better than the RAV 4 and the CRV. The RS was 3 grand cheaper than the CRV and 5 grand on the CRV.
Overall we like this Equinox with the 360 cameras, the GM app for remote starting looks are really nice we got the Red Tincoat color and the fuel mileage is beats both of those as well.

I might add that I do own a 2018 Equinox that uses the exact same powerplant. I do agree, the power is a little lack luster but definitely workable. I love the car and the gas mileage. My car has about 30, 000 miles on it now. It does have AWD. I also bought it for only $20, 000 in the summer of 2020 when prices were cheap. I got a crazy deal on the car and I am happy with it. My old car was a 2002 Honda CRV and the equinox is a car for people who are upgrading from something like that

I got it at 31k for a lease but that is for front wheel drive and without the infotainment package that gets you the 8 inch screen and the outlet in the back.

I've owned the 2018 Equinox LS and I bought it brand new and I loved it I just recently bought the 2022 Equinox a few days ago, and I love it, it's not a sports car or even the Blazer, which I knew this going in. I'm over 50 and so is my wife and the speed doesn't bother us at the least. This car is to expensive for teenager and or young college student, so I don't agree with that especially at 37000 dollars. He'll my 1st car was 1970 Pontiac Catalina and it cost me 500 dollars in 1987 these kids nowadays will tear this car in half.

I got the 2022 RS about a month ago and power wise it doesn't feel any slower than my Camaro SS. Haven't had the chance to take it on the highway yet so I'm sure that's where the difference really shows.

Dear followers!! Don't let the beautiful pictures confuse you . Anyone who buys a new car from GENERAL Motors the chance you threw your money into the trash is very large. In this company there is no customer service, the company's management does not care at all, if you have a problem or a malfunction, you can only pray to God there is a chance that the help will come faster. GM is a very dangerous company, be careful and keep your money safe.!!!👎👎👎👎👎😬👎😬👎👎Share so more people don't get screwed.GM is a big bluf
