Alicia's Career as a Registered Nurse

Alicia learned about nursing by watching firsthand how nurses helped both her parents when they were ill.

“For a couple years I was talking with nurses day in and day out,” she said. “They made a big difference in my life.”

And so when Alicia was deciding what career path to take in her life, she became a Registered Nurse.

She added that while what she does is very challenging, it’s also quite amazing to see people get better. “I wouldn’t give that up for all the challenges.”
