Sadly, Premier comes stock with only a few lousy transitions. Even when you sign up for Adobe Stock, there are no native, drag and drop options (dragging BETWEEN clips, not on top of them in layers) to speed up your workflow. So if you are looking for help in adding transitions natively to your workflow, you are out of luck. They only offer canned transitions pack templates.

I have chosen free template from adobe stock tag but now in my creative cloud account is written that I have enhanced license for this template. If it is free to use why would I need a license? And if I have license now do I need to pay for it?

hi. could you explain how to remove the EG transition water mark: circle, square, triangle? After I drag & drop, that water mark is still there over my footage.

You download the single license file, whether free or not, that’s how they work
