THE X-FILES
`The truth is out there,' and FBI agents Scully and Mulder seek it in this sci-fi phenomenon about their quest to explain the seemingly unexplainable. Their strange cases include UFO sightings, alien abductions and just about anything else paranormal.

Episode 4x3 'Teliko
After several African-American men are killed and the color is drained from their skin, Mulder learns about the Teliko, an African folktale about a creature who must suck the pigmentation from a persons body in order to survive.

This was the episode that messed me up as a kid. My granny couldnt understand why i wouldnt shower at her house. There was a damned air conditioning vent above the standing shower with no grate covering it! What do you mean woman!!!!
She laughed her ass off when i told her..."So you mean this boogey man kills young black men for their melanin? Honey I think youre safe..." She still sat in while i showered up though. Lmao!!!
