Jonny I LOVE this build. I really wished I had seen your video before I did my video and platform bed build. Your build uses a lot less wood and would have saved me a lot of heavy bed flipping lol

Great job in all regards. Even considering doing one after
watching your video. Only thing different would be rounding
the corners at the foot of the bed for the platform level boards.

I would round the corners of the platform (use a dinner plate as a template) to help prevent leg injuries. I would also add USB charging ports on each side of the bed, and maybe a place for remote control storage, a plug-in strip, and other little goodies. :)
