Counting the frames, considering this is a 60fps video:

-It took him 18 frames to begin reacting to seeing F0rest around that corner
-It took him 3 frames to flick F0rest

Dividing both by 60 for timescale now, his total reaction time (21 frames) to flickshot him was .35 seconds. 0.3s to react and all it took for him to end this man's life was .05 seconds. Inhuman reactions.
