This time video is about how to make “Tako meshi”! (Mixed Rice with Octopus)
Very traditional dish in Japan, you see at Onsen Ryokan, fancy Japanese restaurant, etc…
But, it is super easy to make! So, I took video how I make inside house.

ingredients:
rice 150g
water 200ml
octopus 100g
dashi (japanese soup stock) 1 table spoon
mirin (sweet sake) 1 table spoon
sesami oil 1 table spoon
green onion as you need

Put all the ingredients into the pot, then low heat 15min, next 20min for medium heat, then stop the heat let sit there for 10 more minutes.
