I'm doing this recipe for months and it's everybody's favourite.

I thought sharing it with you would be fun and it was.

For dough:

530 g plain flour
100 g sugar
9g dry yeast
A pinch of salt
150 g room temp butter
60 mL milk
60 mL water
3 eggs

For the filling:

80 g dark chocolate
80 g milk chocolate
80 g butter.
70 g powder sugar
30 g cacao powder
15 f coffee

For the syrup:
80 g water
80 g sugar
