My wife is disabled. In my experience, no one has a better sense of humor than people with disabilities. They're so tired of everyone walking on eggshells, talking with a condescending "awww bless yer heart" tone... It's refreshing for them to have people just laugh and joke with them.

I come from a family that loves to tease, so it's in my nature. My wife has told me that me teasing and joking with her back when we were just friends was one of the reasons she loved hanging out with me lol

What a truly amazing woman, I can truly resonate with this. I was born 22 years ago and I was born deaf. I was rushed to the hospital and had gromits in my ears. When I was 3 I gained my hearing back.
