My wife knows nothing about FSD, she test drove a Model Y, tried FSD 3 days ago, now all she talks about is how great it is and how much she wants it 😂.

I want my car to drive me to the airport and then drive itself home. The paying for parking thing at the airport is nuts. Plus worrying about the car being stolen the entire time I'm gone sucks also. Maybe the car could have a stun gun drone attached somehow that would shock people trying to deface or steal the car. A robocop sort of.

Both you and TFL were impressed so it's definitely heading in the right direction. Hope you get a golden ticket to "we robot", honest reviews and people with families are far more useful!

FSD on the Cybertruck drove me thru San Francisco yesterday with tons of misbehaving pedestrians, double parked vehicles, construction zones, rental scooters/bikes left in poor places, emergency vehicles, narrow spaces due to delivery. vehicles double parked and it was flawless. The one thing that continually comes up is cutting into the adjacent lane when making left turns --- I've seen this on youtube video test as well for the cybertruck, this happens when there is no other vehicle around, but it also cuts close to other vehicles --- it probably gives them adequate room, but it is uncomfortable (mentally) for me

Another great video. And a crime you didn't get a 10/10 invite.

That truck with steel rods would get a fine in Denmark for not having clear safety markings at the end. Pretty crazy to drive like that.

I feel the same way FSD makes me more tense and nervous, but it's mind blowing that my car can drive me to the grocery store parking lot.
It does see the blinking school zone sign, but doesn't adjust the speed at least for me.

Wow, that's amazing 🤣🤣🤣

Will the computer know that there is a person walking 5m from the pedestrian crossing, who may be able to step onto the road without looking, and therefore it is better to reduce my speed?

Probably not => definitely not.

In Europe those overhang objects mentioned at 12 min are only allowed if you have a warning triangle mounted at the end and that triangle has to be a certain size.

You don’t need to turn off auto speed offset. The way to increase the speed is to step on the accelerator and it will go up and keep the auto speed offset by the amount you stop accelerating.

There are two scenarios you will have when you have auto speed offset: 1. It will give you a max speed number; in this case you can increase/decrease it with the scrolling wheel on the right. 2. It will give you “max” as the speed; in this case, just step on the accelerator to increase the max speed offset.

I printed out eyeballs and put them above my sunglasses and it confused the heck out of FSD, but didn't fool it

My experience was not great. Highways were ok but other roads which are marked as 55 and the model y would go anywhere between 35 or 45. One road which was marked 45 it decided to go 65.

I was testing my fsd cybertruck on a country road and the speed didn't change on 20mph curb signs, it continued at the 45 mph that the road was posted causing a disengagement.

FSD 12.5.4 on my 2021 Model S, going 40 mph, led me over a large rock about the same size as those bumps u show. My front passenger tire immediately “exploded”. Read the fine print, or don’t trust current FSD and take over quickly. Service dept referred me to the fine print when I asked if I had to pay the $1250 for the new tire and the new wheel since FSD failed. So yes, it is on me.

I ordered a Cybertruck in October 2022, now it’s October 2024, and Tesla is asking me if want to order one for 79, 900.
